1. The FIRST 2009 - 2010 TUITION PAYMENT is due July 1, 2009.

2 . For those electing to pay tuition monthly, tuition payments are due on the first of
     each month from July 1, 2009 through April 1, 2010 (10 monthly payments).
     Remember to deduct your $100 deposit made earlier this year from your July
     payment.

3 . No student will be admitted on the first day of school unless his or her tuition account

     is current.

4. Tuition payment booklets will be made available late June 2009. Please ensure
    that the appropriate coupon(s) accompanies your payment.

5 . The final monthly tuition payment for 2009 - 2010 is due April 1, 2010. Any payments

     not received by the last day of school will prevent your child's academic records

     from being released (report cards & academic transcript).

6. The following fee schedule applies: 

          A. Late fee - $35.00: Due for any payment made 10 days after the required due date.

           B. NSF fee - $50.00: Assessed to any payment deemed non-collectible
               when presented for payment. 

    All future payments will be cash, money order or bank check only.

7. Parents are required to review their delinquent payment status with the Principal
    and Pastor after two unpaid tuition payments. Unless the situation is remedied
    mmediately (full payment of all outstanding tuition and fees),

    the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be asked to withdraw their student(s) from

    St. Andrew Parish School.
