| Saint Andrew Catholic Elementary School 213 East Main Street Waynesboro, Pa. 17268 Educational Excellence since 1925! The school was constructed in 1925 under the pastorate of Father William Callaghan, 1924-1936. An addition was built onto the school in 1990. This wing consists of the Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades, a conference room as well as a handicap accessible restroom. The Sisters of Mercy were the first faculty members, followed by the Sisters of Cyril and Methodius until 1999. Presently the faculty consists of well trained, dedicated lay educators. We are also very excited to have two seminarians from Mount Saint Mary's University assisting our staff with the children's religious education each week. |
